Crack Repair and Filling

Small cracks turn into big problems. We stop that from happening.

Cracks in your asphalt aren't just cosmetic, they’re the first sign of wear that can lead to much more expensive damage down the road. Water gets in, freezes, expands, and before you know it, a small crack becomes a pothole or a complete breakdown of the surface.

That’s why our crack repair service is one of the most important things we offer. It’s also one of the most cost-effective ways to extend the life of your driveway or lot.

What INNOVATION Does

Fill The Crack

Then, we apply a commercial-grade rubberized crack filler that flexes with the pavement through all seasons.

Secure The Work

Depending on the size and spread of the cracks, we may do a follow-up layer or sealcoat overtop to keep the repair locked in and watertight. This step significantly extends the longevity of the product.

Remove Debris

We start by cleaning out each crack properly. That means no shortcuts, we remove debris, loose gravel, dirt, and anything else that would stop the filler from bonding properly.

When To Get It Done

If you see long, skinny cracks running across your driveway or parking area, now’s the time to deal with them. Waiting only allows water to work deeper into the base and causes more problems later. Best time to fill cracks is spring through early fall, when surfaces are dry and flexible.
