How long do I wait for it to dry?

The emulsion sealer cures for foot traffic after 3 hours, and can be driven on after 12 hours under ideal conditions. If there is very high humidity it could be longer.

What products do you use?

We use a high-quality asphalt emulsion sealer, and for cracks, a commercial-grade rubberized crack filler. If patching is needed, we use cold patch and can layer it with sealer or rubber to help it last longer.

Do you charge for estimates?

No. Send us a photo of your driveway or lot and we'll give you a price. There is also no charge for on-site visits to give you an accurate quote.

How much does sealcoating cost in London Ontario?

A standard 2-car driveway sealcoat is $250. Smaller or larger driveways are price accordingly. See table above.

Is crack filling worth it before sealcoating?

Yes. Filling cracks first keeps water out of the base layer and makes the sealcoat last significantly longer. We can do both in one visit.
